A Palm Beach County man won $3 million with his $3 Mega Millions ticket for the April 11, 2023 drawing, according to a Thursday release from the Florida Lottery .
Jose Duran, 62, bought a quick pick at Supermercados El Bodegon, located at 4704 Forest Hill Boulevard in West Palm Beach and scored big with matches for all five white ball numbers and the Megaplier option which tripled his jackpot. The retailer received a $5,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
The jackpot for the Friday, Sept. 20, Mega Millions drawing is up to $47 million.
