BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) – A teacher from Boca Raton is was awarded a national recognition for the work he is doing in and outside of the classroom. CBS12 News spoke with Frank Torres a U.S. history teacher at Spanish River High School. Torres was honored with the Latinos in ActionTeacher of the Year award this year.
