WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A 16-year-old boy is accused of a shooting that injured two other teens on Friday night. According to the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD), at 9:49 p.m., its 911 emergency communications center received a phone call reporting gunshots near North Military Trail.
