Missing 12-Year-Old Boy with Altered Mental Status Found Safe in Plantation

The Plantation Police Department has successfully located a 12-year-old boy, Horemar Cherilus, who had been reported missing earlier from Plantation. According to WSVN, the authorities had been concerned for Horemar’s well-being, as he has an altered mental status and was considered an endangered juvenile. The boy, described as a black male at five feet and seven inches tall and weighing 145 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair. When last seen, he was wearing beige shorts and a light blue shirt.
