This property, however, went for $42.6 million—well below its initial listing price but still delivering a profitable return for the artist.

Joel’s former estate at 1110 S. Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan is an architectural marvel. Spanning more than 13,350 square feet, the home boasts nine bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, each space crafted for elegance and comfort. Perched along the coastline, the mansion captures the essence of Florida’s tropical allure, offering an exclusive retreat with expansive ocean views and lavish interiors.
Initially, the property hit the market for a lofty $64.9 million. Over time, the price dropped—first to $54.9 million, then to $49.9 million—until it eventually found a buyer at $42.6 million. Despite the price adjustments, Joel made a significant profit, having bought the property for $22.1 million back in 2015.
