RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A small kitten’s loud cries led to its rescue in Riviera Beach on Wednesday. The Riviera Beach Police Department (RBPD) said a concerned resident heard small cries from a drain, after inspection the caller was shocked to discover a small kitten trapped below with no way to get out.
