The Ranch Rescue, a West Palm Beach-based group, has taken on the task of caring for more than 50 cats after a home overrun by felines raised alarms; the overwhelming situation unfolded when a family member sought help for a relative-a veteran struggling with the consequences of hoarding. In a statement obtained by WPTV, Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control revealed it removed “37 cats a couple days before Halloween and have been bringing in a couple a day on average,” but their facility has reached capacity, prompting The Ranch Rescue to step in and aid in finding fosters for these pets.
