The Blue Anchor in Delray Beach topped the list with 22 violations during a November 6, 2024 inspection, including four high priority issues requiring a follow-up visit.
Millers Garden Ale House in Palm Beach Gardens received 18 violations on October 28, 2024, seven of which were high-priority infractions, including live insects in food preparation areas.
