Florida McDonald’s Shut Down After State Inspection

Floridians with a hankering for fast food may have an option close by. The truth is Florida has no shortage of fast food joints, from Burger King to Wendy’s to Chick-fil-A to McDonald’s. Unfortunately, one store of the latter, a McDonald’s in Lake Worth, was recently temporarily shut down after a state inspection.

About McDonald’s In Florida: I believe you’d be hard-pressed to find a Floridian who is not familiar with this chain since there are currently around 878 in Florida. This vintage chain began way back in 1954 but now boasts around 36,000 worldwide. It is probably best known for its Big Macs.

The location in question, at 4614 Hypoluxo Road in Lake Worth, is mix-reviewed, earning 3.3 out of 5 stars on Google reviews.

Some reviews mentioned hygiene. For example, a reviewer with the handle bet 2.0 wrote:

“I’ve had enough of the poor experiences at this McDonald’s location. While I’ve previously dealt with delayed orders, cold fries, and missing items, the final straw was finding a live cockroach inside one of the Happy Meal boxes I purchased. This horrifying incident, separate from the ongoing issues, scared my child and completely ruined our meal. The repeated problems and lack of care have made it impossible for me to trust this location anymore. Serious improvements are urgently needed.”
