A man in a wheelchair and with no legs was arrested for stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from a Palm City Walgreens. Martin County Sheriff William Snyder tells CBS 12 News that 39-year old Blake Kahn drove up from Broward County with two accessories who waited for him outside.
