Greenacres man sentenced to 15 years for selling deadly synthetic opioids

GREENACRES, Fla. (CBS12) — A Greenacres man was sentenced to 180 months in federal prison on Friday for selling thousands of synthetic opioids ‘stronger than fentanyl.’

Blake Alfonso Kolessa, 27, was charged with possessing and distributing synthetic drugs including metonitazene, N-desethyl isotonitazene, and methamphetamine, according to a release from the State Attorney’s Office.

Officials say Kolessa had previously pled guilty to selling pressed pills between January and June of 2024…
