Suspect’s charges upgraded to murder in Rock Irish Pub triple shooting

LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — One suspect in the December Rock Irish Pub Murder triple homicide had his charges amended Monday to three counts of first-degree murder.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) said 19-year-old Michael Vititoe was originally charged with simple battery and accessory to homicide for his involvement in the December 10 murder of 33-year-old Christopher Allen, 24-year-old Stephen Stratis, and 45-year-old Reginald Gordan, who later succumbed to his injuries.

Early reports suggested Vititoe may have been involved in a physical altercation, potentially before the shooting.
