Substitute teacher accused of striking student at local high school

LAKE WORTH, Fla. (CBS12) — A substitute teacher at Dr. Joaquin Garcia High School is accused of child abuse after allegedly punching a student in the abdomen.

The Palm Beach School District Police said the incident occurred on April 23 and led to the arrest of a coach and substitute teacher David Kellier.
