Boca Raton considers scaled-back downtown plan with fewer homes, more green space

Boca Raton officials on May 27 reviewed the latest updates to an ambitious plan to redevelop 30 acres downtown into a vibrant, transit-oriented district anchored by the government campus near the city’s Brightline station.

Those updates include 217 fewer residences and more indoor and outdoor recreation space.
