RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man accused of following a woman home and exposing himself was arrested Friday at a Home Depot in Sebastian.
Investigators with the Riviera Beach Police Department say they arrested the suspect, Isaiah Singleton, at Home Depot on the 13000 block of Highway 1.
