Moldy tuna, roaches and rodent droppings lead to restaurant closures

Last week, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ordered the temporary closure of several restaurants across South Florida following emergency inspections that uncovered serious health and safety violations.

Among the issues found were rodent and roach infestations, unsafe food temperatures, mold, soiled kitchen equipment, and a lack of basic sanitation supplies.
