Kalalou Caribbean Bar & Grill was ordered closed after a Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation inspection uncovered 21 health-code violations.
A July 30 inspection reported over 50 rodent droppings along the back-kitchen dry-storage wall and over 100 flies on clean dishes, shelves, and floors of the restaurant, located at 7041 West Commercial Boulevard.
