BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A man with dementia, and considered to be endangered, was reported missing on Friday.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) says Richard Kirtz was last seen on Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Boca Raton. Deputies say he is believed to be driving a 2021 dark blue BMW with the license plate BP46BX.
