The Broward Sheriff’s Office has issued a call to the public to aid in the search for Anthony Vargas Perez, a 28-year-old man last seen in the vicinity of the 5700 block of North Dixie Highway in Oakland Park. The appeal came after Perez was reported missing, with no known whereabouts since the morning of August 15, according to an announcement from the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

At approximately 10:45 a.m., Perez, who stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds, was seen for the last time. His distinguishing features include his hair, brown eyes, and dental braces, which could potentially to help identify him. In a report by Boca Post, it was revealed that Perez is grappling with health issues and substance abuse challenges.
