The search is on for a suspect or suspects responsible for vandalism in Deerfield Beach, as local law enforcement ramp up efforts to bring the perpetrator(s) to justice. According to WSVN, the Community Redevelopment Agency’s office and the nearby Sullivan Park drawbridge were both defaced with graffiti in August, and authorities believe the incidences are connected.
Police calls on the public for assistance in cracking the case, appealing to those who might have seen something or know something to make their voices heard. “If you have any information on these acts of vandalism, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS,” WSVN reported. They remind potential informants that tipsters can remain anonymous and may receive a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office details that the first of these acts of vandalism was discovered on August 8 at the Community Redevelopment Agency’s building located on East Hillsboro Boulevard.
