PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A routine patrol by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) Marine Enforcement Unit led to a significant drug seizure near the Boynton Inlet.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) said on August 31, marine deputies observed a boat heading west toward the inlet when it suddenly turned northbound, appearing to avoid contact with law enforcement. Deputies stopped the vessel and escorted it to the Lantana Boat Ramp for further investigation.
