WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is behind bars after he allegedly touched a nine-year-old girl he lived in the same household with on her chest.
According to a criminal complaint from the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD), on October 7 officers responded to a report of lewd or lascivious molestation that occurred approximately three years ago.
The report says when the victim was only nine years old the suspect, identified as Mario Solis Mateo, touched her on her chest while he was intoxicated. Mateo then asked the victim if she wanted to go to Publix and had her sit on his lap…
