Broward County Animal Care is featuring two adoptable pets of the week: Chupa, a 2-year-old Pharaoh Hound mix, and Montay, a 5-year-old domestic shorthair cat.

She was briefly adopted in September but returned after not getting along with a resident cat. Weighing just under 30 pounds, Chupa is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and available with waived adoption fees.
Montay (A2428572), a brown tabby and white cat, arrived at Animal Care in June as part of a large-scale confiscation operation involving nearly 30 cats. Initially underweight and suffering from skin issues, Montay has since become healthy and social. She enjoys petting, treats, and has been labeled a working cat, making her suitable for a barn, warehouse, or shop. She is also spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and available with waived adoption fees…
