Arthur Lee Miller, 44, has been arrested in connection with a 2022 incident in which a pedestrian was struck and killed in a Fort Lauderdale school zone. According to NBC Miami, the crash occurred near Rock Island Elementary School and Arthur Ashe Middle School, where the speed limit is reduced to 15 mph during school hours.
