This inspection followed an emergency order on September 29, 2025, when the facility temporarily closed after inspectors found approximately six live roaches crawling on kitchen walls and cooked plantains hot held at 108 degrees Fahrenheit instead of the required 135 degrees. The restaurant complied with the emergency order callback the same day.
