FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Small’s Sliders has signed a six-unit development deal for Broward County led by Stacked Hospitality partners Joe Sloboda, Stanley Tsung, and Gustavo Bursztyn, with the first “Can” targeted for downtown Fort Lauderdale in the third quarter of 2026, Sloboda told Business Debut. He added that a second unit is planned to open about 90 days after the first.
What to Expect
The brand serves cooked-to-order cheeseburger sliders, seasoned waffle fries, and hand-spun milkshakes from its Smorange-colored shipping containers known as Cans, with a simple menu focused on quality and speed.
Broward sites under consideration include downtown Fort Lauderdale first, followed by Pembroke Pines, Davie, Hollywood, Coral Springs, and Pompano Beach.
Menu and Vision
Sloboda said the concept won him over after visiting Florida units earlier this year. “I was genuinely overwhelmed and surprised with the price point, the quality, the speed of service — the whole thing just looked fun,” he told Business Debut. “This is a slam dunk. We have to do this.”
