We may be looking at a warm weekend ahead, but South Florida is in for some unusually cold temperatures next week! A low-pressure system moving across the eastern U.S. is set to bring a noticeable, yet brief, drop in weather beginning Monday, November 10. And while the Panhandle may see temperatures 20 degrees lower than usual, per AccuWeather forecasters, South Florida is looking at 10 to 15 degrees below average!

How cold is it going to get?
Following the weekend, the front is expected to arrive on Monday, with gusty north winds and drier air bringing nighttime temperatures into the mid-50s. Some areas will feel like the 40s due to wind chill. According to NBC Miami, this is the coolest weather the region has seen since early March!
Tuesday morning, Veteran’s Day, will see the chilliest temperatures in the mid-to-upper 50s range with daytime highs not getting past 72 degrees. This is a breezy respite from the upper 80s we’re expecting this weekend…
