West Palm Beach’s vibrant Northwood neighborhood has a new hot spot for incredibly fresh seafood with the recent opening of Palm Beach Lobsters & Seafood.
The phrase “fresh seafood” is more than just words or a marketing gimmick at the new restaurant. Palm Beach Lobsters & Seafood is owned and operated by seasoned commercial divers John Kyle Christoffers and his father, Scott Christoffers. The menu at Palm Beach Lobsters & Seafood features creative dishes ranging from their delicious lobster bites (buttermilk-marinated fresh Florida lobster tail that is battered, lightly fried and served with a sweet chili sauce and spicy aioli), to crab cake egg rolls and lobster quesadillas along with hogfish, tripletail, lionfish, stone crab and much more…
