A traffic stop for speeding in Collier County over the weekend unexpectedly led to the arrest of a Naples man wanted in Broward County on serious felony charges, including DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
Rodelyn Jean Jean, 39, of Naples, was pulled over Saturday afternoon by Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) deputies after his black Honda Civic was clocked traveling 65 mph in a 45 mph zone near Collier and Capri boulevards.
Upon contacting the driver, a standard records check revealed that Jean was the subject of an active felony warrant issued out of Broward County.
