The Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD) issued a warning on Wednesday about thieves who have stolen from distracted shoppers.
DBPD showed surveillance video from a dollar store in Delray Beach of a six-second theft where an elderly woman had her back turned and began looking for an item on a shelf. Another woman is seen creeping up behind her, going into her purse, and making a getaway with the victim’s wallet…
