A man was arrested after Coral Springs Police said he attacked a woman with a box of baby diapers during a gathering that followed a baby shower.
According to an arrest report, officers responded shortly before 1:00 a.m. to a home near the 3600 block of Coral Springs Drive, where they found a woman with bleeding scrapes on her knees and elbows and swelling on her lip.
The victim reportedly told officers she had met the suspect, Emanuel Leon Brown, 42, of Sunrise, earlier that day at a baby shower and that the party later continued at the residence where the altercation occurred…
