A South Florida rap musician has died in what police are describing as an “incident” at a hotel in Boca Raton.
Boca Raton police confirmed that Carlito Milfort, known professionally as the rap artist Poorstacy, died the morning of Saturday, Nov. 29 stemming from an incident at a hotel on the 2800 block of North Federal Highway.
