Newlyweds arrested after fight at new Polo Room Palm Beach: police

A newlywed couple’s dinner at a posh Palm Beach restaurant just days after their wedding ended in arrests and charges of battery, according to court records.

The incident happened during a busy evening Dec. 7 at the recently opened Polo Room Palm Beach, the restaurant that replaced PB Catch at 251 Sunrise Ave. and features polo champ Nacho Figueras as a co-owner.

The groom, a 34-year-old from Kansas, faces a misdemeanor charge and was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Dec. 8 on a $2,000 bond, jail records show. The 52-year-old bride from Ohio faces a felony charge of battery on a law enforcement officer and was also released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Dec. 8 on a $1,000 bond, according to jail records…
