A driver has been arrested in a hit-and-run in Tamarac that was caught on camera last month and that left a pedestrian dead, authorities said.
Demetrius Etienne, 23, was arrested Thursday on charges of leaving the scene of an accident causing death and tampering with evidence, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said.
The crash happened shortly before midnight on Nov. 22 near the 5000 block of North State Road 7.
