West Boca Man Charged With Chasing Down Tenant With Knives

A dispute between a West Boca man and a person renting a room from him devolved to an altercation involving two knives – and ultimately landed the landlord in jail.

The incident played out Dec. 11, 2025 in the Kensington Walk apartment complex off Palmetto Park Road, when Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call reporting an assault with a deadly weapon. When they arrived, the alleged victim in the case told police that his roommate, identified as Fernando Luisi, 41, a Brazilian national, told him via text message that he needed to vacate the premises by the end of the month since it was being rented to someone else, to which he refused…
