A dispute between a West Boca man and a person renting a room from him devolved to an altercation involving two knives – and ultimately landed the landlord in jail.
The incident played out Dec. 11, 2025 in the Kensington Walk apartment complex off Palmetto Park Road, when Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call reporting an assault with a deadly weapon.
