A Boca Raton man is facing numerous charges after allegedly repeatedly returning to the Dunkin’ Donuts store where he had previously worked, going behind the counter to make drinks for himself, and finally trying to grab money from the cash register.
James Maiello, 23, was reported to have shown up at the Dunkin’ Donuts store at 21200 St. Andrews Boulevard on numerous occasions after having been fired from his job there, including the day of an alleged altercation on Sept. 12, 2025 that led to his arrest on Dec. 23, 2025. According to a police report, Maiello had allegedly claimed he was short-changed in his final paycheck, after which he occasionally returned to the store and walked behind the counter to make drinks for himself…
