For the first time in years, Coral Springs is poised to close the year without a homicide, police said.
Although an official homicide count will not be finalized until the department completes its year-end crime report, no deaths within the city have been classified as homicides as of Monday, Dec. 29, police spokesman Sgt. James Kaban told the Coral Springs News.
