A man was arrested after police say he was crying, barking, and hurling racial slurs at a Bar Louie bartender before jumping out of a moving vehicle and resisting arrest.
Coconut Creek Police Department records show that Ron Hoang Truong, 28, of Boca Raton, was taken into custody around 11:55 p.m. on January 4 after officers responded to reports of disorderly behavior at the Promenade at Coconut Creek, near Bar Louie.
Officers were dispatched to the area following complaints that Truong had been at Bar Louie with coworkers when a friend purchased a round of alcoholic drinks. The bartender later told police that after Truong took a shot, he began crying, then allegedly barked like a dog and yelled racial slurs inside the bar, prompting staff to stop serving him…
