Travelers using Palm Beach International Airport should plan for continued traffic changes as the James L. Turnage Boulevard exit to Australian Avenue will remain closed through Saturday next week. The closure, which began December 16 and was originally scheduled to end last Friday, has been extended to allow for additional repairs, according to WPBF.
Airport officials advise drivers to use alternate routes, including Belvedere Road at Congress Avenue or Belvedere Road at North Florida Mango Road. Motorists are encouraged to allow extra travel time and follow posted detour signs.
According to the Palm Beach International Airport Facebook post, all other airport roadways, including northbound and southbound Interstate 95 exits, remain open during the construction.
