Florida Pastry Chef Dies In Industrial Mixer Accident At Miami Market

Miami Beach, FL – A longtime South Florida pastry chef was killed in a workplace accident after becoming trapped in industrial baking equipment at a grocery store, according to police.

Mordehay Grunberger, 71, was found unresponsive early Friday morning at the South Florida Kosher Market in North Miami Beach after first responders were called to reports of a serious industrial accident.
