MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Martin County deputies arrested a West Palm Beach man on Jan. 15 after he stole merchandise, locking himself in a bathroom stall with a makeshift single-shot device, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.
MCSO said its deputies responded to the Publix due to reports of stolen merchandise and a disturbance before the man, Hugh Alexander Okoye, 36, left Publix and went into a Panera Bread Company nearby.
