Walk-4-Friendship returns to Boca Raton, bringing the community together “As One”

BOCA RATON, Fla. — Hundreds of families, volunteers, and community members are expected to gather this Sunday, March 1, 2026, for Walk4Friendship Boca, the annual celebration of inclusion and community hosted by Friendship House Boca. Now entering its fourth year, the event has become a signature Boca Raton tradition, uniting people of all ages in support of children and young adults with special needs.

This year’s theme — “As One: One Step. One Heart. One Community.” — highlights the event’s core mission: ensuring that every individual feels valued, included, and supported.

“Walk4Friendship has become a true community celebration that breaks down walls of isolation and builds bridges of friendship,” said Rabbi Sholom Kessler, Executive Director of Friendship House Boca. “Last year, over 900 community members joined us, and this year we’re expecting more than 1,000 attendees.
