LAKE WORTH BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Guatemalan national was sentenced to federal prison on Friday after he assaulted two ICE officers attempting to arrest him in Lake Worth Beach.
U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks sentenced 39-year-old Fredy Aureliano Morales-Ramirez, of Lake Worth Beach, to one year and one day in federal prison. The sentence follows his guilty plea for forcibly assaulting a federal officer.
