‘Their legacy should be the smiles’: Parkland mass shooting marks eight years

PARKLAND, Fla. — Eight years after tragedy shattered Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Parkland paused to remember the 17 victims and the love that endures.

Families say the grief remains.
