BOCA RATON, FL — Beignets and Brews is targeting an April 1 opening at 5050 Champion Blvd Ste D8, Boca Raton, FL 33496, located inside the Polo Shoppes adjacent to Publix. Owner Joe Wasch told Business Debut the café will bring New Orleans-style beignets and specialty coffee to the area.
Wasch, a franchise attorney with 30 years of experience representing franchise brands and franchisees, said this marks his first franchise ownership venture. He currently represents Beignets and Brews as legal counsel and decided to invest personally in the brand.
What to Expect
Beignets and Brews is a quick-casual café centered around French-style, New Orleans-inspired beignets. Guests can order four-piece traditional beignets topped with powdered sugar, 12-count boxes, or 24 bite-sized pieces.
Dipping sauces include buttercream, blueberry, and chocolate. The menu also features two sundaes: a Banana Foster’s and an Old Fashioned Sundae made with three traditional beignets topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and rainbow sprinkles…
