For the second time in three months, a Boca Raton woman – who was on foot – has been charged with striking and damaging a person’s vehicle while the victim was stopped at a red light.
Florence Okyerebea Djan, 69, was arrested for the second time since November 2025 after she allegedly walked into the street and slammed her fist into the trunk of a vehicle that was stopped at a red light at E. Glades Road and N. Dixie Highway.
