PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Palm Beach County deputy has been sentenced to four years of probation for orchestrating a fraudulent scheme that exploited the COVID-19 Paycheck Protection Program, revealing a misuse of public funds and a deceptive claim of self-employment as a barber.

Bedson Raymond, 29, was charged with organized fraud for receiving a loan of $20,833 under the PPP in 2025.
