DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Delray Beach man is behind bars after police say he fired several shots at them during a standoff with the SWAT team Thursday.
Evan Berkowitz, 56, appeared in court this morning and a judge ruled he will be held without bond.
