When a South Florida pet python owner discovered her snake inside her car’s dashboard, she drove to a nearby fire station for help getting it out. The python had somehow managed to burrow itself deep inside the car’s dashboard, but apparently, it didn’t affect the vehicle’s driveability.
The woman arrived at the Coral Springs Fire Department in Florida at around 7 p.m. Saturday night. Videos from the incident show firefighters partially removing the car’s driver’s seat using socket wrenches to make more space to search for the snake.
With a little audible coaxing and some banging on the car, eventually, a firefighter manages to seize the python and extract it from its hiding place. A woman, presumably the snake’s owner, exclaims, “Oh my god,” as she pulls the python free from its hiding place inside the car’s dashboard. As she did, several people nearby responded with yells of “Yeah!” and “Whoa!”…
