BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A Boca Raton man has died after being struck by a vehicle in a Costco parking lot.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said that the crash happened around 4:33 p.m. on March 9 in the parking lot of the Costco located at 17800 S. Congress Avenue. Investigators say a 2013 Lexus RX 350 was traveling southwest through the lot and attempting to turn left when the driver failed to yield to a pedestrian walking toward the store.
